Pasta Primavera
The pasta primavera was to die for! I am vegetarian and frequently, the veggie options at regular restaurants are sub-par…not at Russell's! The pasta primavera combines the right amount of richness with fresh veggies mixed in. We also love the truffle Mac & cheese and the mushrooms! Russell's is our go to!
Grilled New York Steak
The food and wine service were amazing and paired perfectly with the entree. The new york strip was excellent, perfectly cooked and THICK!
Grilled Filet Mignon
Food wine and service were all excellent. Knowledgeable staff, great cocktails and steak was cooked to perfection My on ly minor complaint is the lack of import wine on the list
Duck Nicault
The risotto was very delicious and the duck had great flavor but the skin was not crispy or rendered enough although that could be from ordering it to go. Will try it again.
PAN-SEARED CHICKEN BREAST
The pan-seared chicken breast entree is what I crave daily. The crisp skin and tender airline chicken breast is savory, herbaceous, and comforting. Perfectly complemented by a side of seasonal vegetables and savory pan sauce over garlic mashed potatoes. It is crave worthy and a must try on Russell's menu.
Pasta Primavera
The pasta primavera was the perfect celebration of spring. The peas and asparagus were a delightful pop of flavor and texture and the giant prawns were heavenly. I ate my leftovers for breakfast and lunch the next day and then placed a takeout order to try it with chicken. Russell's has been our go to dining out choice for over 10 years and every dish has been excellent.
Pasta Primavera
Pasta was cooked to perfection paired with spring asparagus, peas and beautiful, huge prawns. The food was delightful, as was the service. We will be back to enjoy this special restaurant!
Grilled Filet Mignon
Filet mignon It has been awhile since we dined at Russell's. It was my favorite hidden spot. My steak was so delicious it nearly brought tears to my eyes. The chef came to the table so I could tell him personally. Wonderful atmosphere and friendly service. I arranged two Company Christmas party's there so I could share it with my colleagues. I have moved away but will stop in when I visit friends in the area!
Duck Nicault
My son ordered the duck for his main course, and we both tried it. It was AMAZING. We traveled to France and tried duck there and found it to be no comparison to what we ate at Russell's. We have since moved to Arizona but still come back to visit and never miss an opportunity to eat at your restaurant.
GRILLED SALMON
The star of the show is the salmon, which is cooked to perfection with a flaky, moist interior that melts in the mouth. The richness is expertly complemented by a classic beurre blanc sauce. This luxurious, satiny French butter sauce adds a delicate tang and creaminess that enhances the fish without overpowering its natural flavor. Complementing this, shiitake mushrooms provide a wonderful earthy depth and an "umami" kick, contrasting nicely with the fish and the sauce. The potato gnocchi acts as the perfect canvas, offering soft, pillowy bites that soak up the beurre blanc beautifully. Finally, the seasonal vegetables introduce vibrant color, texture, and freshness. Whether crisp-tender asparagus, bright snap peas, or roasted root vegetables, they cut through the richness of the butter sauce and gnocchi, ensuring the dish is well-balanced and light. Overall, this plate delivers a harmonious blend of textures and tastes—a culinary symphony where every component plays a vital supporting role to the perfectly cooked salmon. It's a rich yet refined meal, perfect for a special occasion or a sophisticated weeknight dinner.
